1. Introduction

Kimitly ("we", "the platform") is an AI content generation platform (images, video, audio, 3D models, and related editing tools). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use the platform.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email, and your encrypted password (or Google sign-in credentials if you choose to sign in that way).
  • Content you upload or write: images, videos, audio files, and text (prompts) you use to generate content.
  • Content generated for you through the platform, stored in your account so you can retrieve it.
  • Usage data: number of generations, model types used, credit balance and its transactions.
  • Payment data: we do not collect or store bank card numbers. Payments are made by local methods (InstaPay, Telda, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash). To confirm a payment we may store the amount, the payment reference, the name or handle of the sender, and any proof of transfer (such as a screenshot) that you send us.
  • Projects you save in the editors (for example the 3D editor and the Studio video editor), including the files and settings they contain, are stored in your account so you can reopen them.
  • If you join our affiliate or partner program: your referral code, referrals, and the payout details you give us.
  • Messages you send to the support assistant on the site.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and technical logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.

3. How we use your data

  • Operating your account and providing the content generation services you request.
  • Processing payments and managing your credit balance.
  • Improving the platform and resolving technical issues.
  • Communicating with you about your account or important service updates.
  • Complying with legal requirements and preventing use that violates the Terms of Service.

4. Sharing data with third parties

In order to provide AI generation features, we send the content you upload or write (images, videos, prompts) to specialized third-party technical providers who run AI models on our behalf. Key providers we work with include:

  • Image, video, and 3D model generation providers (such as KIE.ai, fal.ai, and other AI providers).
  • The language model provider used in chat and analysis features (via OpenRouter).
  • The web search provider used for analysis and reports (Tavily).
  • The voice and audio generation providers (ElevenLabs models, served through fal.ai and KIE.ai). The text you type for speech is sent to them to produce the audio.
  • The final video assembly/editing provider (Shotstack) when certain features are used.
  • The language model provider that powers the support assistant, which receives the messages you type to it.
  • The hosting and database provider (Supabase), used to securely store your account and content.

Each provider only receives the data necessary to carry out the request you make (for example, the image and prompt needed to generate a video), in accordance with its own privacy policy. We choose well-known, trusted providers, but we are not the party storing or processing your data in that case — the third-party provider is responsible for handling its own data processing in accordance with its own policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention and account deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us at the address listed below — we will delete your personal data and associated content, except for any data we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons (such as financial transaction records).

6. Data security

We use reasonable security measures (encrypted connections, limited access permissions at the database level) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Your rights

You may request to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. You can also revoke Google sign-in access from your Google account settings at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will announce any material change on the platform itself.
