Terms of Service — Kimitly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Kimitly platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

2. Description of Service

Kimitly is a platform that provides AI content generation and editing tools — images, video, audio, 3D models, and other assistive tools (such as SEO analysis, UI building, and more) — by connecting you to specialized third-party technical providers. The service runs on a pay-as-you-go credit system: you buy a credit balance with a one-time payment and consume it for each generation or editing operation. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.

3. Account and Registration

  • You must be of legal age in your country to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for any activity that occurs through your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Credit System and Payments

  • Credits are sold as one-time packs. Buying a pack is a single payment: nothing renews automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
  • Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP), converted from a US-dollar price at the exchange rate on the day of purchase, so the EGP amount can change from day to day. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Payment is made by the local methods offered at checkout (for example InstaPay, Telda, bank transfer, and Vodafone Cash for the small Studio plan). Some methods are confirmed by checking your transfer or the proof you send; credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
  • Introductory or launch prices may be offered for a limited time and can end at any time without notice. Ending an offer does not change credits already purchased.
  • The Studio plan is a fixed-price plan that gives access to the Studio editor for 30 days. The credits that come with it can only be spent on Studio features.
  • Packs that include team seats let you add team members to your account. You are responsible for how those members use the account and its credits.
  • Credits you purchase are deducted for each content generation or editing operation, according to each feature's price. Some features have usage limits (for example, a maximum text length for voice generation).
  • Credits are non-refundable in cash, except in cases of a technical error that prevents your request from completing successfully — in which case the deducted credits are automatically refunded to your account. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Prices and the credit cost of each feature are subject to change from time to time, and we will announce any material change on the platform.
  • There is no guarantee that any model or third-party provider will remain available permanently — if a given provider discontinues its service, we may replace it with an alternative provider or discontinue the associated feature.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated through the platform is produced by AI models belonging to third-party providers, and may contain errors, unexpected results, or inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before using or publishing it, and for ensuring it is suitable for your purpose and compliant with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload (images, text, etc.) does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Kimitly does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content, and is not responsible for any commercial or legal use you make of that content after it is generated.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Generate illegal content, or content that targets or harms minors in any way.
  • Impersonate a real person without their consent, or generate defamatory or misleading content about real people. This includes generating speech in the voice of a real person, or using a custom or cloned voice, without that person's permission.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Engage in any activity that violates the laws applicable in your country or in Egypt.
  • Attempt to abuse the credit system or circumvent payment mechanisms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without refunding remaining credits in the case of a serious violation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership rights to the content you upload, and to the final content generated for you through the platform (to the extent permitted by the licenses of the models used to generate it). Kimitly retains ownership rights to the platform itself, its design, and its code.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Kimitly is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, or for temporary service interruptions due to technical failures on our end or on the end of any third-party provider we work with.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any modification means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be resolved accordingly.
